Important information about payment:
For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel or hold any order that does not match these criteria.
Payment by Check If you wish to pay for your online order with a check, please follow these 3 easy steps. - Select Check by Mail as your Payment Method in the Payment Information box of the Checkout Process.
- In the Order Comments box, type the check number you will use to pay for your order.
- An order number will be generated after you successfully Place your Order. Write your order number on the check memo line and mail the check to:

Note: Check orders are shipped only after the check clears. Please allow five business days after we receive your check for your order to ship. If you need your order shipped immediately, please choose a different payment method.
Payments made by checks that are not honored by the bank will incur a returned check fee of $25.
Purchase Orders We accept all school and government purchase orders. The PO must be generated on an official form with letter head and signed by the authorized purchasing officer. Please fax your PO to 714-441-7080. Purchase orders are generally processed and shipped out in 24 hours. Payment is due 30 days from the purchase date.
Shipping & Delivery
We usually ship all orders placed before 3 PM PST on the same business day. Sometimes you may expect a slight delay of 1-2 business days. Please note that an order placed during the weekend or on a holiday will ship on the following working day as we do not ship on non-business days.
The tracking number for every order is automatically emailed after shipping.
Our default shipping method is UPS Ground for packages 4 lbs and more and USPS First-Class for orders up to 13 oz. Most shipments originate from our Southern California warehouse. Please take note of this when calculating package delivery time, which may take 2-7 business days.
If you need the product quicker, we offer expedited shipping methods such as UPS 3-Day, 2-Day, and Next Day Delivery.
Once a package leaves our warehouse it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. The carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in the arrival of your order.
All of our products are backed by a full one year 100% satisfaction guarantee. Problems happen from time to time and we want to assure you that the appropriate action will be taken to resolve any issues with your satisfaction as the top priority.

Returns & Exchange
Unopened Merchandise Unopened cartridges may be returned within 365 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price or a credit of the purchase price towards an exchange. Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable.
Opened Merchandise Compatible and Remanufactured Cartridges - If you are unsatisfied with your compatible cartridge or find that it is defective it may be returned within 365 days of purchase for a replacement cartridge or a full refund of the purchase price. Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable. Contact us at M-F 8am-5pm to set up a replacement or return.
Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) - OEM cartridges are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties. If you have a defective item, please contact the manufacturer to verify the manufacturers' warranty. We do not accept returns of open OEM cartridges.
Shipping Charges Shipping charges are nonrefundable, except in the event of a packing error.
We will provide a prepaid label for the return shipment of defective cartridges. The customer is responsible for the return shipment of unopened cartridges.
Refunds Please allow 3-5 business days from the time we receive your cartridge to process your refund. Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method used for the order.
