All of our products are backed by a full one year 100% satisfaction guarantee. Problems happen from time to time and we want to assure you that the appropriate action will be taken to resolve any issues with your satisfaction as the top priority. 

Please call us at M-F 8am - 5pm PST and a customer service representative will be able to set up a return/exchange request for you. 

Returns & Exchange

Unopened Merchandise
Unopened cartridges may be returned within 365 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price or a credit of the purchase price towards an exchange. Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable.

Opened Merchandise
Compatible and Remanufactured Cartridges - If you are unsatisfied with your compatible cartridge or find that it is defective it may be returned within 365 days of purchase for a replacement cartridge or a full refund of the purchase price. Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable. Contact us at M-F 8am-5pm to set up a replacement or return.

Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) - OEM cartridges are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties. If you have a defective item, please contact the manufacturer to verify the manufacturers' warranty. We do not accept returns of open OEM cartridges.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are nonrefundable, except in the event of a packing error.

We will provide a prepaid label for the return shipment of defective cartridges. The customer is responsible for the return shipment of unopened cartridges.

Refunds
Please allow 3-5 business days from the time we receive your cartridge to process your refund. Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method used for the order.
